Shipping Options?
Non-tracked shipping (Letter Mail) is available on orders containing only stickers. If this option is selected, the order will be sent in a stamped envelope.
Otherwise, all orders are sent with tracked shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 5 days of being placed.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipped, Domestic US orders usually arrive in 1-2 weeks.
For International orders, delivery times can vary greatly for different destinations. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We would love to ship worldwide! If your country isn’t listed as an option in the dropdown menu at checkout, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you ship to the EU?
We’d love to ship to the EU as well, but unfortunately as a small business based in the US, we are currently unable to meet all compliance requirements necessary to be able to offer shipping to countries within the EU. We truly apologize for this and are thankful for your understanding!
Shipping to International Countries with Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or import fees when the package enters your country. These fees are NOT included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the buyer if/when they occur.
You may wish to check with your local customs office or postal authority to determine what these additional fees will be before placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or charges imposed by your country’s customs regulations.

Return and Refund Policy?
Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds on orders that have already shipped. We also do not accept returns.
Please ensure that your provided address is correct when placing an order. We are not able to issue refunds for orders that fail to be delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided or a failure to pay customs fees, and you wish to have your order reshipped, then you will be required to pay for the cost of the additional postage and fees.
